NOTIFICATION

The 19th December, 2024

No.HOME-JD-10ENGD (LAWO)/9/2024-JUDICIAL-1/901.-In supersession of Department of

Home Affairs and Justice (Judicial- 1 Branch), Government of Punjab office order issued vide Endst No.16/2/

2011- 4Judl (1)(PF)/1025-1028 dated 28.08.2020, and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the

Administrators General Act, 1963 (No.45 of 1963) and Section 4 of the Official Trustees Act, 1913 (Act 11 of

1913), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to give additional charge of Administrator General and Official

Trustee, Punjab to Sh. Maninderjit Singh Bedi, Additional Advocate General, Punjab in addition to his own duties

of Additional Advocate General, Punjab with immediate effect.

2.

As per Government Notification No.7/5/99-3FP2/7343 dated 14.12.2006, no additional remuneration

will be given in lieu of this additional charge.
