NOTIFICATION

The 29th March, 2023

No. 19/60/15-Agri. 2(9)-3988.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 46(i) (a) of the

Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Smt. Rajwinder Kaur

Thiara as Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation with

immediate effect.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Smt. Rajwinder Kaur Thiara as Chairperson of

the said corporation under Article 46(i) (b) of the Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State

Container and Warehousing Corporation with immediate effect.

3.

The appointment of Smt. Rajwinder Kaur Thiara as the Director and as Chairperson of the Punjab

State Container and Warehousing Corporation is from the date she takes charge as such.

4.

The terms and conditions of appointment of Smt. Rajwinder Kaur Thiara will be issued separately.

5.

The appointment of Smt. Rajwinder Kaur Thiara as the Director and as Chairperson of the Punjab

State Container and Warehousing Corporation is subject to the verification of her antecedents.
