Deal Properties (Disposal) Amendment Act, 2009 the State Government hereby appoints Sh. Rajesh Tripathi,

PCS, Additional Secretary, Revenue & Rehabilitation to perform the functions of Claims Commissioner, under

the Act ibid with immediate effect.
