HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

NOTIFICATION

The 27th January, 2025

No. 11 Rule Cell.–Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been

pleased to amend Rule 7(3) of the Judicial Courts Premises and Compound

Fund Rules, 2013 (applicable to the State of Punjab); Judicial Court Premises

and Compound Fund Rules, 2023 (applicable to the State of Haryana) and

Judicial Court Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2023 (applicable to U.T.

Chandigarh). The amended rule shall be read as under:-

“7(3). In case the expenditure on any item is to exceed Rs. 2,00,000/-,

the District Judge shall take the prior approval of the Administrative

Judge of the concerned Sessions Division."
