No. 10/48/2017-1T2/26.- In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-section (6) of Section 41 of the

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), read with Government of India, Ministry of Surface

Transport, notification no. S.O. 444(E), dated 12th June, 1989 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,

the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the principal notification no. S.O. 11/

C.A.59/88/S.41/91 dated the 26th February, 1991, issued by Government of Punjab, Department of Transport,

(which was last amended by notification no. 10/48/2017-1T2/1216 dated 18th July, 2023) namely:-
