NOTIFICATION

The 10th January, 2025

No. 19/60/15-Agri.2(9)/ 441.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 46(i) (a) of the

Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar

Sukhi, MLA, Banga as Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing

Corporation with immediate effect.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi, MLA, Banga as

Chairperson of the said corporation under Article 46(i) (b) of the Memorandum of Articles of Association of the

Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation with immediate effect.

3.

The appointment of Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi, MLA, Banga as the Director and as Chairperson of

the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation will be from the date he takes charge as such.

4.

The terms and conditions of appointment of Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi will be issued separately.
