NOTIFICATION

The 13th April, 2023

No.10/43/2018-2T2/728.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3 of Section 13 of

Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1924 (as amended from time to time) and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to exempt the Motor Vehicle Tax on all the registered Electric

Vehicles (or BOVs) registered in the State of Punjab during the period of three years from the issuance of the

"Punjab Electric Vehicles Policy 2022" vide Notification No.10/43/2018-2T2(PF-2022)/330 dated 21.02.2023.
