68(3) (ca) of Chapter V of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 read with clause 3E of the Punjab Transport Scheme

dated 22.02.2018 as modified on, 04.06.2019, is pleased to partially modify notification issued by the

Government of Punjab, Department of Transport vide letter No. 8/1/2021-3T3/309 dated 11.02.2021:-
