NOTIFICATION

No. HOME-HM-50FORB/13/2024-2H5/I/1029658/2025.-Whereas, the Governor of Punjab is

of the opinion that the information with respect thereto, or the destruction, or obstruction thereof, or interference

therewith, to the place specified in the Schedule given below, would be useful to an enemy;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official

Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act No. XIX of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,

Notification No. S.O.3426, dated the 22nd September, 1967, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare the place, specified in the Schedule given below, to be a ‘prohibited

place’ for the purposes of the said Act, and is further pleased to direct that a copy of this notification in English

and in vernacular of the locality concerned, be affixed at the said place, namely:-
