NOTIFICATION

The 07th February, 2025

No. S.O.7/C.A.67/1957/S.30B/2025.- In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 30B of the Mines and Minerals

(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 Of 1957), and

all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab with the

concurrence of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, is pleased to

constitute and to specify the court of the Sessions Judge and all Additional

Sessions Judges in each Sessions Division in the State of Punjab, to be a

Special Court to try offences for the contravention of sub-sections (1) or

(1A) of section 4 of the said Act, within their respective jurisdiction.
