NOTIFICATION

The 30th January, 2025

No.14/16/16-2Jud1/136.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub Section 03 of Section 7,

read with Sub Section (4) and (5) of Section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987

(Central Act 28 of 1987) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab with the

concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Punjab and Haryana is pleased to appoint Ms. Saru Mehta

Kaushik, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana as Additional Judge to preside over Designated

Court Hoshiarpur at Ludhiana in place of Sh. Khem Karan Goyal, Additional District and Sessions Judge (since

retired) to exercise the jurisdiction in the said Designated Court.
