NO. IND-INDU0MISC/136/2022-INDUSTRY-SA4/I/1015606/2025.- In exercising the powers

conferred upon him under Article 46 (i) (d) and 46 (i) (f) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the

Punjab State Hosiery & Knitwear Development Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh, the Governor of Punjab is pleased

to appoint Ms. Promila Sharma, PCS, Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Industries & Commerce and

in addition Deputy Secretary, Industries & Commerce and in addition Secretary, Punjab State Commission for

NRIs as Managing Director of the Punjab State Hosiery & Knitwear Development Corporation Ltd. (PSHKDC)

with immediate effect in place of Sh. Vishav Bandhu, Joint Director, Director of Industries & Commerce,

Punjab.
