The 23rd January, 2025

No. IND-INDU0MISC/136/2022-INDUSTRY-SA4/I/1015609/2025.- In exercising the powers

conferred upon him under Article 78 (a, b, c, d, e & f) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the

Punjab State Leather Development Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint

Ms. Promila Sharma, PCS, Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Industries & Commerce and in addition

Deputy Secretary, Industries & Commerce and in addition Secretary, Punjab State Commission for NRIs as

Managing Director of the Punjab State Leather Development Corporation Ltd. (PSLDC) with immediate effect

in place of Sh. Vishav Bandhu, Joint Director, Director of Industries & Commerce, Punjab.
