No. HOME-HM-50NDPS/12/2023-HOME-5/ I/1022978/2025.- In partial modification of the

Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and Justice (Home-V Branch), Notification No.

S.O. 09/C.A.2/1974/S.2/2017, dated the 26th May, 2017 and in pursuance of the Provisions of Clauses (u) of

sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), and

all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to change the name of Special

Task Force Police Station located at 2nd floor, Police Station Sohana, Sector 79, SAS Nagar to Anti Narcotics

Task Force Police Station located at 2nd floor of Police Station Sohana, Sector 79, SAS Nagar, with immediate

effect.
