NOTIFICATION

The 18th February, 2025

NO. 18/2/1998-5TC/PF/335.-In supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. 18/2/1998-

5TC/PF/394, Dated 05.04.2024 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 92 of the Memorandum and

Articles of Association of Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited (PTDC), the Governor of Punjab

is pleased to nominate Sh. Malwinder Singh Jaggi, I.A.S, Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department

of Tourism and Cultural Affairs as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the said Punjab Tourism Development

Corporation Limited with immediate effect.

Further, in supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. 18/2/1998-5TC/PF/

394, Dated 05.04.2024 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 92 of the Memorandum and

Article of Association of the companies hereby mentioned below, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

nominate Sh. Malwinder Singh Jaggi, I.A.S, Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department of

Tourism and Cultural Affairs as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the below mentioned demerged

companies of Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited with immediate effect:–

1.

Amritsar Hotel Limited.

2.

Gulmohar Tourist Complex (Holiday Home) Limited

3.

Neem Chameli Tourist Complex Limited.
