NOTIFICATION

The 30th December, 2022

No.14/16/2016-2Judl1/2044.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub Section 03 of Section

7, read with Sub Section (4) and (5) of Section 9, of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act,

1987 (Central Act 28 of 1987) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab with the

concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Punjab and Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Hari Singh

Grewal, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patiala as Additional Judge to preside over Designated Court

Kapurthala, Gurdaspur, Ferozepur and Hoshiarpur at Nabha in place of Sh. Ranjit Kumar Jain, Additional

District and Sessions Judge (since transferred) to exercise the jurisdiction in the said Designated Court.
