NOTIFICATION

The 30th December, 2022

No.14/16/2016-2Judl1/2041.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub Section 03 of Section

7, read with Sub Section (4) and (5) of Section 9, of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act,

1987 (Central Act 28 of 1987) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab with the

concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Punjab and Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Khem Karan

Goyal, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court to exclusively deal with rape cases, Ludhiana

as Additional Judge to preside over Designated Court Hoshiarpur at Ludhiana in place of Sh. Raj Kumar,

Additional District and Sessions Judge (since transferred) to exercise the jurisdiction in the said Designated

Court.
