NOTIFICATION

The 30th January, 2025

No. 14/16/16-2JUD1/144.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub Section 03 of Section 7,

read with Sub Section (4) and (5) of Section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987

(the Central Act 28 of 1987) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab with the

concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Punjab and Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Harinder Sidhu,

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patiala as Additional Judge to preside over Designated Court Kapurthala,

Gurdaspur, Ferozpur and Hoshiarpur at Nabha in place of Sh. Sandeep Kumar Singla, the then Additional

District and Sessions Judge (since posted as Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala) to exercise the jurisdiction

in the said Designated Court.
