NOTIFICATION

No. 17/17/01-5Hg2/PF/229.- In view of decision taken by Council of Ministers in its meeting held

on dated 13.02.2025, in the order to facilitate completion of the projects, keeping in view public interest, the

Governor of Punjab, while exercising all the powers in this behalf, is pleased to grant extension in implementation

of time of one year i.e. upto 31.12.2025 for Mega Project at extension fee of Rs. 25,000/- per acre on terms

and conditions as applicable when extension was previously granted.

Also, in view of decision taken by Council of Ministers in above said meeting, the Governor of

Punjab exercising the powers vested under Section 44 (2) of Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act,

1995 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, is pleased to grant extension to the Licensed Projects

under Punjab Apartment Property Regulation Act, 1995 (as amended from time to time) for a period of Two

year i.e. from 01-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 at an extension fee of Rs. 25,000/- per acre per year on terms and

conditions as applicable when extension was previously granted.
