The 12th March, 2025

No. HOME-JD-10ESBM(JDOF)/3/2025-3JUD1/399.-On the recommendation of the Punjab and

Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, conveyed by its Registrar General vide Do. No. 228/RHC(5) dated 24.01.2025,

the Governor of Punjab is pleased to dismiss Shri Harmanjit Singh Deol, Civil Judge (Junior Division) (under

suspension with headquarters at Patiala), from service under sub-rule (ix) of Rule 5 of the Punjab Civil Services

(Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970.
