ORDER

The Governor of Punjab is pleased to reinstate Ms. Nazmeen Singh on regular basis on her original

post namely, PCS(JB), with effect from 09.04.2021, in view of the order dated 25.08.2025 of Hon’ble Supreme

Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 11065-11066 of 2025 in SLP(C) No. 23994-23995 of 2025, and other

consequential service benefits to her in view of order passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of Punjab and

Haryana High Court in CWP No. 25150 of 2021, as recommended by the Punjab and Haryana High Court

Chandigarh conveyed through its Registrar General vide letter No. 559.Gaz.I/VI.E.34 dated 20^th, Oct, 2025.
