No. H-U-11020/193/2025-1H1/I/1272444/2025/1.- In the interest of the general public of the

State and for smooth functioning of the Government, the Governor of Punjab, in exercise of the powers conferred

by the clause 175 of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 and all other powers

enabling him in this behalf, is pleased to designate Chief Administrator/Additional Chief Administrator of the

concerned development authority, as the case may be, as Appellate Authority u/s 45(5) and Special Secretary,

Govt. of Punjab, Department of Housing and Urban Development as Revisional Authority u/s 45(8) of ibid Act

in case of site allotted through e-auction under I.T Policy of the Department.
