NOTIFICATION

The 23rd December, 2025

No.13/3/2014-PE2/3094.- In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section 5 of Section 82 of the

Electricity Act, 2003, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Rattan, Village

Chotta Mirpur, Tehsil & District Gurdaspur as Member of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

2.

He shall hold office for a term of 5 years from the date he enters upon his office or till he attains the age

of sixty five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

Other terms and conditions shall be as per Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Chairperson

and Members’ Salaries, Allowances and other Terms & Conditions of Service Rules, 2006.

4.

Before assuming the office he shall subscribe to an oath of office, secrecy and submit the NOC from his

office where he is presently working.
