No. IND-INDUOMISC/136/2022-INDUSTRY-SA4/I/568587/2023.-In exercising the powers

conferred upon him under Article 46 (i) (a, b, c, d, e & f) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the

Punjab State Hosiery & Knitwear Development Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh, the Governor of Punjab is

pleased to appoint Sh. Vishav Bandhu, Joint Director of Director of Industries & Commerce, Punjab as Managing

Director of the Punjab State Hosiery & Knitwear Development Corporation Ltd. (PSHKDC) with immediate

effect in place of Sh. Daljit Singh Sidhu, Additional Director (Administration).
