conferred upon him under Article 78 (a, b, c, d, e & f) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the

Punjab State Leather Development Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint

Sh. Vishav Bandhu, Joint Director of Director of Industries & Commerce, Punjab as Managing Director of the

Punjab State Leather Development Corporation Ltd. (PSLDC) with immediate effect in place of Sh. Daljit

Singh Sidhu, Additional Director (Administration).
