NOTIFICATION

The 5th January, 2026

No. GST-1/2025/10/244.- The Governor of Punjab on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public

interest so to do, is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab, Department of

Excise and Taxation, Notification No. 19988, dated the 13th October, 2025, published in the Punjab Government

Gazette Extraordinary dated the 14th October, 2025, namely:

AMENDMENT

(i) In the Table B, after Sr. No. 1, the following shall be inserted:

An eminent person representing the issues

Vice-Chairperson

Nominated by the State

of traders at the district level

Government

2. This notification shall be effective from the date of publication in the official Gazette of the Government

of Punjab.
