NOTIFICATION FOR COMMENCEMENT OF SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESMENT
The 12th January, 2026
No. PWDCEH-11014/1317/2025/4BR3/2.- The State Government, in the large public interest intends
to acquire the land at village Gondpur. Tehsil Dasuya, Distt Hoshiarpur, for the Widening of Link Road from
Hoshiarpur-Dasuya road to Gurudwara Rampur Khera, Talwandi Jattan and carry out a Social Impact Assessment
Study for public purpose. The study shall be undertaken as per the provisions of section 4.1 of ''Right to fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.''
