NOTIFICATION

The 16th January, 2026

No:10/06/2021-6H1/I/1292020/2026.- Whereas, in order to recover the outstanding instalments

from allottees of Urban Development Authorities of Punjab in respect of allotted/auctioned Plots/Sites and with

a view to mitigate the litigations in this regard, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to extend the Amnesty Policy

2025 by providing one more opportunity to submit application under the said policy till 31st March 2026 provided

that the default allottee shall be required to deposit requisite amount to the Concerned Special Development

Authority within a period of 3 months from the date of approval of his/her application and application received

after cut off i.e. 31st March 2026 shall not be entertained.

2. The other terms and conditions of the Amnesty Scheme 2025 notified vide letter No:10/06/2021-6H1/237

dated 20.02.2025 shall remain as such.

3. This is issued with the approval accorded by the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 09.01.2026

as conveyed by the Department of General Administration (Cabinet Affairs branch) vide letter bearing

number :01/07/2026-1Cab/126 and date 09.01.2026.
