NOTIFICATION

The 12th December, 2023

No.19/60/15-Agri-2(9)/-17218.-In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 46(i) (a) of the

Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Inderjit Sandhu as

Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation with immediate

effect.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Inderjit Sandhu as Vice-Chairman of the said

corporation under Article 46(i) (b) of the Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container

and Warehousing Corporation with immediate effect.

3.

The appointment of Sh. Inderjit Sandhu as the Director and as Vice-Chairman of the Punjab State

Container and Warehousing Corporation is from the date he takes charge as such.

4.

The terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. Inderjit Sandhu will be issued separately.

5.

The appointment of Sh.Inderjit Sandhu as the Director and as Vice-Chairman of the Punjab State

Container and Warehousing Corporation is subject to the verification of his antecedents.
