NOTIFICATION

The 7th March, 2024

No. LG-LG-206/5/2023-3LG2/I/798499/2024.-The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust,

Barnala for an area measuring approximately 16 Acre known as Captain Karam Singh Nagar bearing layout

plan drawing no. DTP(B)912/94 dated: 01.09.1994, was notified by the Government under section 42, of Punjab

Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide Notification No. 6/113/94-2LGII/13498 dated 10.10.1994.

Now in exercise of the powers conferred under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922

and all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord the amendment in

the notified scheme layout plan as resolved by the Improvement Trust, Barnala vide resolution no. 300 dated

02.06 2021 to the extent as shown in the part layout plan of the scheme bearing drawing no. ITB/2021/12 dated

13.09.2021 which was adopted by the Improvement Trust, Barnala vide resolution no. 320 dated 23.11.2021.

The Development of the area comprised in the part layout plan drawing no. ITB/2021/12 dated 13.09.2021 shall

be regulated by the provisions of the Schedule of Clauses already notified with the scheme under section 42 of

the said Act.
