NOTIFICATION FOR CONSTITUTION OF EXPERT GROUP
The 3rd February, 2026
No.WR-IRWR04/13/2025-IW3/80.-In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) and (2)
of section 7 of “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation
and Resettlement Act 2013” the state Government hereby constitute an independent multi-disciplinary “Expert
Group” with the following members to evaluate the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report prepared in connection
with acquisition of land measuring 0.256 acre of Village PanjeKe Uttar, Tehsil Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur
for project “To Acquire the land falling within the area under the RD 124800 to 125270 of Mamdot
Distributory” which shall irrigate the land of village Panje Ke Uttar. The expert group shall make its
recommendation within a period of two months from date of its constitution:-
The constitution of Expert Group shall come into force from the date on which the report of Social Impact
Assessment will be published in the affected areas.
