NOTIFICATION

The 28th January, 2026

No. 1/18/2010-3T2/43.-In exercise of powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Transport

Corporation Act, 1950 (Parliament Act No. 64 of 1950) read with rule 3 of the Pepsu Road Transport

Corporation Rules, 1977 (as amended), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Harpal Juneja S/o Sh.

Bhagwan Das Juneja as Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala and after that to nominate him as

Chairman, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala with headquarter at Patiala from the date he assumes

charge of this assignment.

2.

The orders regarding the detailed terms and conditions of his appointment shall be issued separately.
