No.WR-IRWR010/71/2025/IW2/412.-In pursuance to powers conferred under Section 4 of the Punjab

Canal & Drainage Act, 2023, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that the State of Punjab shall maintain

the prescribed Environmental Flow (E-Flow), equivalent to 15% of the average lean-season flow, throughout

the entire stretches of the rivers Sutlej, Beas and Ravi falling within the territorial jurisdiction of the State of

Punjab, up to the last controlling point within the State before the international border.

The river wise e-flow values to be maintained downstream of different Dams/Barrages are as under:-
