NOTIFICATION

No.Labour-Lab0ESTB/21/2023-1L/1319.-In public interest and keeping in view the administrative
reasons the jurisdiction of the officers/officials of the Labour Department i.e. Labour Inspectors/Labour-cum-
Conciliation Officers/Assistant Labour Commissioner, Assistant Director of Factories/Deputy Director of
Factories has been listed below.

This notification supersedes the Punjab Government order issued vide endst. No. 1/20/07-4lab-1/4394-
97 dated 25-10-2007 and all other orders issued with respect to the jurisdiction of officers/officials issued earlier.
3.
This notification will come into effect from 01.12.2023.
4.
The redefined jurisdications are as under:-
Labour Wing

Assistant Labour Commissioner, Amritsar-1:- will have the Jurisdiction in the Labour
Inspector Circles listed below,
