No. H-U-12020/39/2026-6HG2/I/1488076/2026.- In pursuance to under Punjab Higher Education

Investment Policy, 2026, notified by Government of Punjab vide No. PIU/IBDP-2026/Sectoral Policies/907

dated 8th March, 2026, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that EDC collected from the institution

under Punjab Higher Education Investment Policy, 2026 shall be utilized 100% for development of the

area where the institution is established.
