No.H-U-12020/39/2026-6HG2/1488082/2026.- In pursuance to Industrial and Business Development

Policy, 2026 notified by Government of Punjab vide no. PIU/Industrial & Business Development Policy-2026/

898 dated 8th March, 2026, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that EDC collected from the industries

setup under clause 5.2.8 & 5.2.9 of chapter 5 shall be utilized 100% for development of the infrastructure

like roads, power lines/transformers, water, sewerage etc. for that unit or cluster, as the case may be.
