No.H-U-12020/39/2026-6HG2/I/1488081/2026.- In pursuance to Punjab Tourism & Hospitality

Policy 2026 notified by Government of Punjab vide No. PIU/IBDP-2026/Sectoral Policies/907 dated

8th March 2026, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that in case of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences

and Exhibitions (MICE) category only, to whom eligibility certificates are issued by Competent Authority under

Punjab Tourism & Hospitality Policy 2026, shall be exempted 100% CLU and EDC charges under Punjab

Regional Town Planning and Development Act, 1995, subject to fulfilling other norms namely siting guidelines

of Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government of Punjab.
