No.H-U-12020/39/2026-6HG2/I/1488080/2026.- In pursuance to Punjab Retail Investment and

Modernization Policy, 2026, notified by Government of Punjab vide No. PIU/IBDP-2026/Sectoral Policies/

907 dated 8th March, 2026, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that EDC paid by the retail enterprise

Punjab Retail Investment and Modernization Policy, 2026 shall be used for development of the area

where the enterprise is located.
