the provisions under Article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf, the Governer of Punjab is pleased to assign additional charge of Controller, Legal Metrology

(officiating) to Smt. Rajneesh Kaur, Joint Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs against the

vacant post of Controller, Legal Metrology Punjab under section 14 (1) of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009

with immediate effect without any additional financial benefits.
