No.LG-LG-204/56/2026-LG2/I/1499478/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub

section (2) of section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf and in supersession of Notification No.04/76/2008-3LG2/PF/419-428, dated 03-04-2023 the Governor

of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Atul Nagpal S/O Sh. Prithvi Raj Nagpal, Raj Mahal, Gaushala Road, Fazilka,

Punjab, 152123 as Chairman of Improvement Trust, Fazilka with immediate effect till further orders.
