NOTIFICATION

The 9th September, 2026

No.FCS-CPA01/56/2022-1CPA/I/1497311/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred under

Section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and in order to ensure continuity in the functioning of the

District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions and expeditious disposal of consumer cases, it is hereby

notified that Shri Jasbir Singh Bath, Member, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sri Muktsar

Sahib, shall hold the additional charge of the Member, District Consumer Commission, SAS Nagar (Mohali),

until further orders.

Since Shri Jasbir Singh Bath, Member, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sri Muktsar

Sahib has been discharging the duties of the said additional charge and taking decisions in that capacity since

31.12.2025 and in order to ensure that no prejudice is caused to any person or detriment is caused to the public

interest, this notification shall be deemed to have come into force retrospectively with effect from 31.12.2025.
