No. E-593380-MER-HTH3017A/10/2023-5HB3/1/I/1483912/2026.-The Governor of Punjab is

pleased to re-constitute the "Hospital Based Authorization Committee" constituted vide letter no. (e593380)MER-

HTH3017A/10/2023-5HB3/1/769391/2024 dated 25.01.2024 under the "Transplantation of Human Organs and

Tissues Act. 1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Rules-2014" for the Max Super Speciality Hospital,

Mohali as mentioned below:-

This Hospital Based Authorization Committee shall work as per the provisions of the "Transplantation

of Human Orgarns and Tissues Act, 1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Rules-2014" as amended from

time to time.

3.

This Notification issues with the approval of competent authority.

Note:

According to clause 15 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules 2014, the presence

of Secretary Health/Medical Education or nominee and Director, Helath Services/Medical Education &

Research are mandatory.
