No.2865/PA9/1994/Ss20,198,199,201/2026.- In supersession of Standing Orders bearing No.S.O436/

PA9/1994/Ss20,198,199,201/2016 Dated 11th February, 2016 and S.O/5255/PA9/1994,201/2017 Dated

11th August, 2017 of Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, the Governor

of Punjab is pleased to order that the cases to be disposed of by the State Government under sub section (6) of

section 20, sub section (4) of section 198, sub section (4) of section 199 and section 201 of the Punjab Panchayati

Raj Act 1994, shall henceforth be disposed of by the Special Secretary of the Department of Rural Development

and Panchayat under the Act ibid.
