्‍्‍्‍्‍संख््‍या्‍प. 16 (2) गृह-9/2022 :-यत:, राज य सरकार का समािान हो गया है कक इससे संलग न अनुसूची में

ववननर्दिष ट स थान पर स्सथत इंडियन ऑयल कॉपोरेशन लललमटेि के सटेशन से संबंधित जानकारी या उसका

ववनाश या उसमें बािा या उसमें हस तक्षेप शत्रु को उपयोगी होगा;

अत: अब, भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख यांक 21/20/62/पोल(I) र्दनांककत 4 मई, 1963

के साथ पर्ित शासकीय गुप त बात अधिननयम, 1923 (1923 का केन द्रीय अधिननयम सं. 19) की िारा 2 के खंि

(8) के उप-खंि (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक नतयों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज य सरकार, उक त अधिननयम के प्रयोजनों के

ललए उक त स थान को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से इसके द्वारा प्रनतवषद्ध स थान घोवषत

करती है।

No. F.16(2)Home-9/2022 .-Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that the information

with respect to, or the destruction of or obstruction thereof or interference with the Indian Oil

Corporation Limited’s Station situated at the place specified in the Schedule appended hereto

would be useful to an enemy;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of

section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act No. 19 of 1923) read with the

Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs’s notification number. 21/20/62/Poll (I) dated

the 4 May, 1963, the State Government hereby declares, with effect on and from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the said place to be the prohibited place

for the purposes of the said Act.
