File no: F.10(132) UDH/3/2009 Pt. .-In pursuance of section 46 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on the behalf, the State

Government hereby appoints Justice Madan Gopal Vyas as the Chairperson of Rajasthan Real

Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur.

The tenure of the office of the Chairperson, Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur

shall be five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until attaining the age of

Sixty- Seven years or until further order, whichever is earlier.
