G.S.R.36 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act No. 10 of 1955) read with the order of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food

and Public Distribution) published under S.O. 2359 (E) dated 27.05.2025, the State

Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Rajasthan Trade Articles

(Licensing and Control) Order, 1980, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This order may be called the Rajasthan

Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Order, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Amendment of Schedule II.- In Schedule II appended to the Rajasthan Trade

Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980, after the existing serial number 7 and entries

thereto, the following new serial number 8 and entries thereto shall be added, for a period upto

31^st March, 2026, namely:-

"8. Wheat (for a period upto 31^st March 2026)."
