NO.BCR/D.C. No. 20/09/2024/2025/10168.-It is hereby notified for general information

that Shri Dharmendar (Dhakad), Advocate of Bundi enrolled on 24.02.2017 at No.

R/620/2017 on the roll of the Bar Council of Rajasthan has been suspended from practice for a

period of Three Years under Section 35 (3) (c) of the Advocates Act, 1961 vide Order dated:

19.01.2025 passed by the Disciplinary Committee No. 20 of this Bar Council in D.C. Case No.

09/2024 – Ms. Payal Gautam, Bundi V/s Shri Dharmendar (Dhakad), Advocate, Bundi. The

order will effective from the date of this notification.
