रेवा ननयमों ाो और रंशोधिथ ारने ाे ललए, इराे द्वारा ननमनललखखथ ननयम बनाथे हैं, नाााथ् :-
1. संक्षिप्त न राम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन ननयमों ाा नाम राजस्ाान ववलभ्न रेवा (प्राम
रंशोिन) ननयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनाे प्रााशन ाी थारीख रे प्रवृत्थ होंगे।
2.संशोधन र.- इररे रंलग्न ननुरूची ाे स्थंभ रंखयांा 2 में उम्ललखखथ प्रत्येा रेवा ननयम
ाे रामने स्थंभ रंखयांा 3 में उम्ललखखथ ननयम ाे ववद्यमान नंनथम पर्थुा ाे पश्चाथ्
ननमनललखखथ नया परंथुा जोड़ा जायेगा, नाााथ्:-
''परंथु यह भी का यदद वषा 2025-26 ाे ललए ाोई ररतथ पद, ननमनथर पद पर ववदहथ ननुभव
या रेवा ाा ननुभव या, यााम्स्ानथ, दोनों रखने वाले व्यम्तथयों ाी ननुपलब्िथा ाे ाारण पदो्ननथ
द्वारा नहीं भरा जा राथा हो थो उर ररतथ पद ाो भरने ाे ललए ननमनथर पद ाे ननुभव या रेवा ाे
ननुभव या, यााम्स्ानथ, दोनों में दो वषा था ाा लशधालीारण ददया जायेगा। थाावप, जहां पदो्ननथ
ाे ललए ववदहथ ननुभव दो वषा हो वहां लशधालीारण ाेवल एा वषा ाे ललए ददया जायेगा। इर परंथुा
ाे निीन लशधालीारण ाेवल उन व्यम्तथयों ाो उपलब् ि होगा, म्ज्होंने वषा 2023-24 और 2024-25
ाे दौरान पदो्ननथ ाे ललए ननमनथर पद पर ननुभव या रेवा ाा ननुभव या, यााम्स्ानथ, दोनों में
कारी लशधालीारण ाा उपभोग ना काया हो। ाोई भी पररवीक्षाााल ाे दौरान पदो्ननथ ाे ललए पात्र
नहीं होगा। यदद पदो्ननथ ाे ललए पात्र व्यम्तथयों ाी रूची ाो थैयार ारने में ववरष्ठथा ाे रंबंि में
ाोई ादठनाई या वववाद उत्प्न होथा है, थो ऐरे मामलों ाो ववननश्चय ाे ललए ाालमा ववभाग (ा-2)
ाो ननददाष्ट काया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, July 17, 2025
G.S.R.39 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further
to amend the Various Service Rules as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto,
namely:--
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan
Various Service (Ist Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- After the existing last proviso to rule mentioned in column number 3

against each of the service rules mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule appended
hereto, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided also that if vacant post cannot be filled by promotion due to non-availability
of persons having prescribed experience on the lower post or experience of service or both, as
the case may be, for the year 2025-26, a relaxation upto two years in experience of the lower
post or experience of service or both, as the case may be, shall be given to fill vacant post.
However, where the prescribed experience for promotion is two years, the relaxation shall be
given for one year only. The relaxation under this proviso shall only be available to those
persons who have not availed any relaxation in experience on the lower post or experience of
service or both, as the case may be, for promotion during the years 2023-24 and 2024-25. No
one shall be eligible for promotion during their probation period. If any difficulty or dispute
arises regarding seniority in preparation of list of eligible persons for promotion such cases
shall be referred to the Department of Personnel (A-II) for decision.”

द्वारा ननमनललखखथ ननयम बनाथे हैं, नाााथ् :-
1. संक्षिप्तन रामऔरप्रारंभ.- (1) इन ननयमों थाा ववननयमों ाा नाम राजस्ाान ववलभ्न
रेवा (प्राम रंशोिन) ननयम थाा ववननयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनाे प्रााशन ाी थारीख रे प्रवृत् थ होंगे।
2. संशोधन र.- इररे रंलग्न ननुरूची ाे स्थंभ रंखयांा 2 में याोम्ललखखथ प्रत्येा रेवा
ननयम ाे रामने स्थंभ रंखयांा 3 में याोम्ललखखथ ननयम थाा ववननयम ाे ववद्यमान नंनथम पर्थुा
ाे पश्चाथ् ननमनललखखथ नया परंथुा जोड़ा जायेगा, नाााथ्:-
''परंथु यह भी का यदद वषा 2025-26 ाे ललए ाोई ररतथ पद, ननमनथर पद पर ववदहथ ननुभव

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, July 17, 2025
G.S.R.40 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read
with clause (b) of Article 318 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Various Service Rules and
Regulations as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules and regulations may be called
the Rajasthan Various Service (Ist Amendment) Rules and Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- After the existing last proviso to rule and regulation as mentioned in
column number 3 against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the
Schedule appended hereto, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided also that if vacant post cannot be filled by promotion due to non-availability
of persons having prescribed experience on the lower post or experience of service or both, as
the case may be, for the year 2025-26, a relaxation upto two years in experience of the lower
post or experience of service or both, as the case may be, shall be given to fill vacant post.
However, where the prescribed experience for promotion is two years, the relaxation shall be
given for one year only. The relaxation under this proviso shall only be available to those
persons who have not availed any relaxation in experience on the lower post or experience of
service or both, as the case may be, for promotion during the years 2023-24 and 2024-25. No
one shall be eligible for promotion during their probation period. If any difficulty or dispute
arises regarding seniority in preparation of list of eligible persons for promotion such cases
shall be referred to the Department of Personnel (A-II) for decision.”
