1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इू िूयमों का ूाम राजस्थाू ववलभन्ू सेवा (द्ववत य
संशोिू) िूयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इूके प्रकाशू की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. संशोधन.- इसके साथ संलग्ू अूुसनच के स्तंभ संखयांक 2 में यथोम्ललखखत प्रत्येक सेवा
िूयम के सामूे स्तंभ संखयांक 3 में यथोम्ललखखत िूयम या उप-िूयम के ववद्यमाू परंतुक में

G.S.R.44 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the Various Service Rules as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Various
Service (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- In existing proviso to rule or sub-rule as mentioned in column number 3
against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule appended
hereto, for the existing expression "50%" or "fifty percent", as the case may be, the expression
"100%" shall be substituted, namely:-

/सलमित या, यथाम्स्थित, िूयुम्तत प्राधिकारी को ववज्ञावपत ररम्ततयों के 100 प्रितशत से अूधिक की
अितररतत दवश्यकता की सनचूा उूके/उसके द्वारा प्राप्त होत है तो चयू से पनवा भ उपयुत त

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Various
Service (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- The existing proviso to rule or sub-rule as mentioned in column number 3
against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule appended
hereto, shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
"Provided that while selecting candidates for the vacancies so advertised, the
Commission/Board/Committee/Appointing Authority, as the case may be, may, if intimation of
additional requirement not exceeding 100% of the advertised vacancies, is received by them/it
before selection also select suitable persons to meet such additional requirement."

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इू िूयमों का ूाम राजस्थाू ववलभन्ू सेवा (द्ववत य संशोिू)
िूयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इूके प्रकाशू की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. संशोधन.- इसके साथ संलग्ू अूुसनच के स्तंभ संखयांक 2 में यथोम्ललखखत प्रत्येक सेवा िूयम
के सामूे स्तंभ संखयांक 3 में यथोम्ललखखत ववद्यमाू िूयम या उप-िूयम या परन्तुक के पश्चात्
िूमूललखखत ूया परन्तुक जोड़ा जायेगा, अथाात्:-
''परंतु इस प्रकार ववज्ञावपत ररम्ततयों के ललए अभ्यधथायों का चयू करते हुए यदे, दयोग/ बोडा /सलमित
या, यथाम्स्थित, िूयुम्तत प्राधिकारी को ववज्ञावपत ररम्ततयों के 100 प्रितशत से अूधिक की अितररतत
दवश्यकता की सनचूा उूके/उसके द्वारा प्राप्त होत है तो चयू से पनवा भ उपयुतत व्यम्ततयों का चयू

G.S.R.46 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the Various Service Rules as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Various
Service (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- After the existing rule or sub-rule or proviso as mentioned in column
number 3 against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule
appended hereto, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided that while selecting candidates for the vacancies so advertised, the
Commission/Board/Committee/Appointing Authority as the case may be, may, if intimation of
additional requirement not exceeding 100% of the advertised vacancies, is received by them/it
before selection also select suitable persons to meet such additional requirement."

Regulations, 1999, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules and regulations may be
called the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Ministerial and Subordinate Services)
(2nd Amendment) Rules and Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 20.- In sub-rule (3) of rule 20 of the Rajasthan Public
Service Commission (Ministerial and Subordinate Services) Rules and Regulations,
1999, for the existing expression "50%", the expression "100%" shall be substituted.
