ाो और रंोंोधधत ारूे ाे लिए इराे द्वारा िूमूलिखखत िूयम बूाते हैं अााित्:-

1. रंक्षक्षप् त ूाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इू िूयमों ाा ूाम राजस्ााू लोंक्षा (राज्य एवं अध ूस्ा)

रेवा (ेनररा रंोंोधू) िूयम, 2025 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इूाे प्रााोंू ाी तारीख रे प्रवृत होंगे।

2. िूयम 2 ाा रंोंोधू.- राजस्ााू लोंक्षा (राज्य एवं अध ूस्ा) रेवा िूयम, 2021, म्ज्‍ हें इरमें इराे

पश्चात् उतत िूयमों ाे रूप में िूदेिष्ट काया गया है, ाे िूयम 2 में,-

(i) खण्ड (ण) ाे दटप्पण ाे अ्‍त में दय ववद्यमाू अलभव्यम्तत ''; और'', ाे स्ााू पर ववराम धचह्ू

'';'' प्रितस्ाावपत काया जायेगा; और

(ii) ववद्यमाू खण्ड (त) ाे स्ााू पर िूमूलिखखत खण्ड (त) और (ा), प्रितस्ाावपत काये जायेंगे,

अााित्:-

''(त) ''वव.अ.द.'' रे ववश्वववद्यािय अूुेाू दयोग अलभप्रेत है; और

(ा) ''वर्ि'' रे ववत्त य वर्ि अलभप्रेत है।''

(ख) क्रम रंखयांा 2 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 5 ाे मे (ii) में ववद्यमाू

अलभव्यम्तत, ''राष्रीय अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े/रराार द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त

लोंक्षा में डडग्र या डडप्िोमा’’ ाे स्ााू पर, अलभव्यम्तत ''राष्रीय अध्यापा

लोंक्षा पररर्े द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त कार रंस्ाा रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.)''

प्रितस्ाावपत ाी जायेग ;

(ग) क्रम रंखयांा 5 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 5 ाी ववद्यमाू प्रववम्ष्टयों ाे स्ााू पर

िूमूलिखखत प्रितस्ाावपत काया जायेगा, अााित्:-

'' वव.अ.द. द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त ाृवर्/ उद्याू-ाृवर् में चार वर्ि ाी स्ूाता ाी डडग्र

और वव.अ.द. द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त ाृवर्/उद्याू-ाृवर् ाे रुरंगत ववर्य में

स्ूाताोत्तर ताा राष्रीय अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त कार रंस्ाा

रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.)।'';

(घ) क्रम रंखयांा 5 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 7 ाी ववद्यमाू प्रववम्ष्टयों ाे स्ााू पर

िूमूलिखखत प्रितस्ाावपत काया जायेगा, अााित्:-

और वव.अ.द. द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त ाृवर्/उद्याू-ाृवर् ाे रुरंगत ववर्य में

रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.) ाे राा स्तमभ 6 में उम्ल्िखखत पे पर 5 वर्ि ाा

अूुभव।'';

(ङ) क्रम रंखयांा 6 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 5 में, ववद्यमाू अलभव्यम्तत, ''राष्रीय

अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े/रराार द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त लोंक्षा में डडग्र या डडप्िोमा’’ ाे

स्ााू पर अलभव्यम्तत, ''राष्रीय अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त कार

रंस्ाा रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.)'' प्रितस्ाावपत ाी जायेग ;

(च) क्रम रंखयांा 7 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 5 ाी ववद्यमाू प्रववम्ष्टयों ाे स्ााू पर

िूमूलिखखत प्रितस्ाावपत काया जायेगा, अााित्:-

(छ) क्रम रंखयांा 7 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 7 ाी ववद्यमाू प्रववम्ष्टयों ाे

स्ााू पर िूमूलिखखत प्रितस्ाावपत काया जायेगा, अााित्:-

रमतुल्य डडग्र , बोंतें का उ्‍होंूे स्ूाता स्तर पर गृह ववज्ञाू/रामुेािया ववज्ञाू

ववर्य में अध् ययू काया हो और राष्रीय अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े द्वारा

मा्‍यताप्राप्त कार रंस्ाा रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.) ाे राा स्तमभ 6 में

उम्ल्िखखत पे पर 5 वर्ि ाा अूुभव।''।

4. अूुरनच -II ाा रंोंोधू.- उतत िूयमों रे रंिग्ू अूुरनच -II में, ों र्ि रमनह ा: अध्यापू ववंग ाे

अध ू,-

(i) क्रम रंखयांा 1 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 5 में, ववद्यमाू अलभव्यम्तत, ''राष्रीय

रंस्ाा रे लोंक्षा स्ूाता (ब .एड.)'' प्रितस्ाावपत ाी जायेग ;

(ii) क्रम रंखयांा 1 ाे रामूे स्तमभ रंखयांा 7 में, ववद्यमाू अलभव्यम्तत, ''राष्रीय अध्यापा

लोंक्षा पररर्े/रराार द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त लोंक्षा में डडग्र या डडप्िोमा’’ ाे स्ााू पर

अलभव्यम्तत ''राष्रीय अध्यापा लोंक्षा पररर्े द्वारा मा्‍यताप्राप्त कार रंस्ाा रे लोंक्षा

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, August 05, 2025

G.S.R.51.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to

amend the Rajasthan Educational (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2021, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan

Educational (State and Subordinate) Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 2.- In rule 2 of the Rajasthan Educational (State and

Subordinate) Service Rules, 2021, hereinafter referred to as the said rules,-

(i) for the existing expression “; and”, appearing at the end of Note to clause (o), the

punctuation mark “;” shall be substituted; and

(ii) the existing clause (p) shall be substituted by the following clauses (p) and (q),

namely:-

“(p) "UGC " means the University Grants Commission; and

(q) “Year” means the financial year.”

3. Amendment of Schedule-I.- In Schedule-I appended to the said rules,-

(i) under the heading Group A : Administrative wing,-

(a) the existing entries of column number 7 against serial number 5 shall be

substituted by the following, namely:-

"Post Graduate or equivalent degree recognized by the UGC and

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by

the National Council for Teacher Education with 3 years'

experience on the post mentioned in column number 6."; and

(b) the existing entries of column number 7 against serial number 6 shall be

substituted by the following, namely:-

"Post Graduate or equivalent degree recognized by the UGC and

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by

the National Council for Teacher Education with 3 years'

experience on the post mentioned in column number 6.";

(ii) under the heading Group B: Teaching wing,-

(a) in column number 5 against serial number 1, for the existing expression,

“degree or diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of

Teacher Education/Government”, the expression “Bachelor of Education

(B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National Council for

Teacher Education" shall be substituted;

(b) in item (ii) of column number 5 against serial number 2, for the existing

expression, “Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the

National Council of Teacher Education/Government”, the expression

“Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the

National Council for Teacher Education" shall be substituted;

substituted by the following, namely:-

“Four year Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by

the UGC and Post Graduate in relevant subject of Agriculture/

Horticulture recognized by the UGC and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher

Education.”;

(d) the existing entries of column number 7 against serial number 5 shall be

substituted by the following, namely:-

“Four years Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture recognized

the

UGC

and

Post

Graduate

relevant

subject

Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC and Bachelor of

Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National

Council for Teacher Education with 5 years’ experience on the post

mentioned in column 6.”;

(e) in column number 5 against serial number 6, for the existing expression,

“degree or diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of

Teacher Education / Government”, the expression “Bachelor of

Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National

Council for Teacher Education" shall be substituted;

(f) the existing entries of column number 5 against serial number 7 shall be

substituted by the following, namely:-

“Post Graduate or equivalent degree in Home Science/ Community

Science recognized by the UGC and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher

Education.”; and

(g) the existing entries of column number 7 against serial number 7 shall

be substituted by the following, namely:-

“Post Graduate or equivalent degree in Home Science/ Community

Science recognized by the UGC provided they have studied Home

Science/Community Science subject at Graduation level and Bachelor

of Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National

Council for Teacher Education with 5 years’ experience on the post

mentioned in column 6.”.

4. Amendment of Schedule-II.- In Schedule-II appended to the said rules, under

heading Group A: Teaching wing,-

(i) in column number 5 against serial number 1, for the existing expression

“Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of

Teacher Education/Government”, the expression “Bachelor of Education

(B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher

Education” shall be substituted;

(ii) in column number 7 against serial number 1, for the existing expression

“Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of

Teacher Education/Government”, the expression “Bachelor of Education

(B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher

Education” shall be substituted; and

(iii) in column number 7 against serial number 2, for the existing expression

“Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of

Teacher Education/Government”, the expression “Bachelor of Education

(B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher

Education” shall be substituted.
